src/test-e2e/login/login-sso-e2e.spec.ts
currently excluded in protractor.conf
- in core but excluded
- in sso target but target is not run
need a way to configure stratos with SSO on... and a UAA with the correct redirect_url

@richard-cox that test is currently used in Jenkins - we could add a travis job for it in the same way we talked about adding one for the setup flow
