Restructure `blank.hbs` to use `body` and `main` over `wrapper` and `body` #53

@tylersticka made a great suggestion in this conversation:

(I actually wish wrapper were named body and body were named main. But I'm pretty sure that change is too low-level to prioritize now.)

This will include updates to drizzle-builder.
