JavaScript Guide: Objects + extras

Summary

This PR:

• adds an "Objects" section
• adds link aliases
• renames the js/ directory to javascript/
• adds emojis 😬

By renaming the directory, this PR is showing all of the previous "References" section as new. Sorry! 🙈

As before, reviewing both the source code as well as the rendered README is suggested. (Note: You can also view the rendered README via the "View" button to the right of the javascript/README.md filename. 😉)
