Standardize Pluralization of Branch Names #43

The recommended branch prefixes of bugfix and feature were sometimes pluralized in this document, and sometimes not. This commit standardizes them to singular.

Note: I'm not married to plural or singular, but should standardize on one.

Seems like we've been using singular bugfix and feature for all the projects I've seen
