The build process for PWAStats pulls https://cloudfour-patterns.netlify.com/assets/toolkit/styles/toolkit.css from the pattern library for use here, but that file no longer exists.

I can fix this, I think we can either add it as an npm dependency, or we can change it to point to the unpkg url
