update airbrake gem dependency #3

Mind updating the airbrake dependency to 3.1.4? Or maybe to ~> 3.0.9?

Related: https://github.com/airbrake/airbrake/issues/156 With the newest sidekiq (2.6.1) I can't use this gem anymore.
