2. Edit it or leave unchanged
3. Save the document

Output is left unchanged, as expected.

When saving, a dialog pops up with the following content:
An error occurred while performing the following command:
Save current document.
Submit to the issue tracker
Error details: Unable to convert document.
See the screenshot attached.
The error reoccurrs occasionally. After a period of time the
document can be saved again.
Happened to various documents of different sizes.
