Setting headrulewidth=0 in fancyhdr doesn't work. #298

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. \usepackage{fancyhdr}
2. \pagestyle{fancy}
3. \renewcommand{\headrulewidth}{0pt}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A preview & PDF with removed decorative header line is expected, but no preview 
& PDF is produced.
When using 0.1pt instead of 0pt, everything works again.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
I can't find any version number, but it's 2011-09-19.

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, I should have added that the browser is
Google Chrome 14.0.835.186 m
on Windows 7 64bit.
