can't access list of options in drop-down menus #320

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just login and try any menu item, like File, for instance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the list of options "New, Open, Save, ..."

I just see the first option.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?

Don't know the version. I just see Latex Lab Preview. I tried four browsers 
(Browser, Firefox, Mini Opera, and now Dolphin) and the same happened in all of 
them. I am using the tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 with Android 3.something. 

Please provide any additional information below.
