What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to run 
\documentclass{beamer}

\begin{document}

\frame{
  \frametitle{Test}
 Hello!
 }

\end{document}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a slide -- I get "The LaTeX compiler returned an error status 
of 1. No compiled 
documents were produced.
View Compiler Output" and when I click on "View Compiler Output", nothing 
appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?

latexlab.org on Google Chrome 5.0.375.29 beta
