Report an input bug this has already been fixed in the master branch #67

I was going to report that I cannot use ctrl key to toggle the sampler, in my windows pc (gnu-toolchain).

After I browsed through the recent commits, it seems like something has been done to solve this problem (like https://github.com/cloudhead/rx/commit/73f26c2b0b5c216caba8b049e478e5f02e7923f8). And I have tested the master branch build, it works.

I am opening this issue to document that this issue happened in the v0.4 version but solved in the master branch.
