No http:// in CloudifyClient() host spec #433

As of 3.2.1, it gives a name resolution failure. Works fine without the http://.

Hi, Thanks for the PR.

This is just an example for specifying: "http://mymanagerhost.com" or "http://" "MANAGER_HOST" isn't something we treat in the code.
