Import RDS Code

These are just issues to set the format for the plugin - no functional comments.

general notes:

• [x] add cloudify-aws-rds-plugin project content
• [x] rename package from cloudify_aws to cloudify_boto3 + refactor import paths
• [x] rename the serverless package to lambda_serverless
• [x] add Gigaspaces copyright headers to all python files.
• [x] maintain flake8 validation
• [x] consider to change the constant REL_CONTAINED_IN to CONTAINED_IN_REL since it is more readable.
• [x] lots of duplicated code in xyz/connection.py, xyz/utils.py, etc.

plugin.yaml

• [x] remove tosca_definitions_version
• [x] rename plugin name from pkg to something else, e.g. awssdk
• [x] rename plugin definition package_name to cloudify-boto3-plugin
• [x] change plugin source to new incubator URL
• [x] refactor type name space from cloudify.aws.rds.nodes/relationships.X to cloudify.aws.nodes/relationships.rds.X
• [x] don't use anchors in plugin.yaml - duplicate the YAML, this must be readable.
• [x] remove Base_config and BaseInterface_config dsl_definitions
• [x] For each node type, define a data type for the resource_config, example:

  cloudify.aws.nodes.rds.Instance:
  derived_from: cloudify.nodes.Root
  properties:
    use_external_resource:
      type: boolean

    resource_id:

    client_config:

• [x] force_operation should not be a dictionary in properties, only an input to the operation

• [x] add documentation links to all node types like in line 89.

• [x] Unit tests should be created every step of the way to do some basic validation of each branch (once I add the project to circle.)

• "consider to change the constant REL_CONTAINED_IN to CONTAINED_INREL since it is more readable." - I've considered it, but disagree. In the future, there may be more relationships as constants and it will be easier to prefix with "REL" than search by phrase.
