Summary

As a houndigrade user, I want to see output from houndigrade runs in AWS so I can diagnose potentially problematic behaviors.

Put logs in Sentry? No. Or maybe AWS CloudWatch? Probably yes.

We want this to work everywhere, not just in prod-like environments.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Verify that we can see houndigrade's output
[x] Verify this solution works in any AWS environment, not just prod-like

Looks like https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/logs/WhatIsCloudWatchLogs.html is the only option if we want this to work outside of just prod-like envs.

Yeah, I figured that was the case, which is why I keep bringing it back up. At least RH is footing the AWS bill already.

I'm pretty sure non-prod support is a hard requirement for this because otherwise figuring out our mystery "failing" inspections is going to continue being extra painful.

I'm figuring out the effort to set it up right now, but it looks kinda like a pain. Hopefully have something by refinement.
