Release includes updates for:

url-loader@5.4.0
util@3.1.0
types@1.1.0

Changes:

improvements to type-safety and structure for url-loader
update monorepo infrastructure (prettier, eslint, add tsconfig paths)
apply updated formatting and lint rules
rewrite createCloudinaryUrl types to remove zod dependency in build output

Tried upgrading to the beta version in the NExt.js project and got this error. unsure if this is a correction that is required in Next.js or if we're missing something from the restructure
