Improve project unit testing infrastructure

Changes:

• Enforce files added to really exist (throw otherwise)
• Implement auto gathering of test files instead of manually picking them
• Provide option to manually pick test files
• All files under test/spec/automatic will now automatically gathered for tests
• All files under test/spec/manual will have to be manually added in karma.conf.js
• Delete unused tests

Notes: The file of interest is Karma.conf.js which has the logical changes, all other chnages are moved files or updated paths
