Magento1 Cloudinary module 2.1.0 release notes:

484 Alert user cron is required when starting a migration
384 Alert user if cron is not configured when a migration is running.
419 Bugfix that prevented images deleted in Magento from being deleted in Cloudinary
468 Bugfix for sites using symlinks on the media directory
