Error in M2.3 #117

Hello! I followed all the steps to install the module but I'm getting this error:

I tried with refresh redis cache flush reindex

@alfredogama Please provide your Plan. Also are you trying to install the current extension version in production - 1.17.0 ?

@alfredogama Would you kindly submit a ticket to https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your credentials to your environment so we can investigate for you?

Here the version "cloudinary/cloudinary-magento2": "^1.18", "community-engineering/language-de_de": "^0.0.29",

In order to identify the issue here, would you be able to provide our dev team with access credentials to your server (SSH) so they could take a deeper look?

I would like to update you that you have released a new version 1.19. Could you please try to upgrade and let me know if this issue is till relevant after the upgrade?
