What does this PR solve?

Added new Effects from js-transformation-builder-sdk (Generative Remove, Generative Replace)
Added missing action files (DropShadow, BackgroundRemoval - they were already exported from effect.ts, but not from actions/effect/<ActionName>.ts so I aligned that)
