Is there any way to directly upload using base64 Data? #16

Yes, see http://codepen.io/eitanp461/pen/aJReEW. It will upload a small Michael Jordan jumpman image to your account.

You need to setup an unsigned upload preset in your account see http://cloudinary.com/blog/direct_upload_made_easy_from_browser_or_mobile_app_to_the_cloud for additional details.
