VirtualBox serial console output is slow #50

VirtualBox serial console output from capstan run looks more like a modem connection from the 1990s than a modern OS running on a hypervisor.

We need to investigate why this happens and if it's a VirtualBox limitation start carrying SSH in the OSv base image.

For me, sometimes it is slow and sometimes it is not, if I type the ls cmd in the shell
