No Incoming call and IM #68

I am using the latest code on iphone 4.1 no incoming call and chat working on 
idoubs. I have checked the sip info and Network connection.
Out going working fine I can't get incoming either it in foreground or in 
background. In hundred attempts I was able to get 2 times incoming call video, 
audio not chat arrives. I trying to make call x-lite to idoubs and a other sip 
client.

Also I am not getting xcode log for incoming call. idoubs doing nothing on 
incoming call.

Please look in to the issue.
