Added 5 technology abstracts.

Improved the abstracts as per feedback provided on github by the Professor
Installed Tex-live on Ubuntu and ran lacheck and chktex on an all abstracts
Installed Jabref and created hid-sp18-516.bib in bibtex format
Improved content, removed the quotations, ran plagiarism check
Updated labels, and tried compiling them using the Makefile provided
make was giving errrors, spent time(6-7 hrs) debugging it
Attended call with Professor on 24thFeb to get this issue resolved
used 'biber' instead of 'bibtex' to resolve the issue
submitted the updated abstracts on github
