Would you please merge puppet.bib file in bib folder so that I can send pull request for bib reference changes also.

Fixed more sentences with incorrect use of a and the

Added explanation of monolithic and split installation

Reduce usage of bullets and headings

Added content of configuration

Added content and improved bottom sections of paper

I have yet to remove bib references from .md file. Please let me know when puppet.bib file is added under book/bib folder. I will remove references from md and add in there.
