please use fix:dev: and reissue, we want all checkins with proper gitchangelog metadate

it needs to show up also in commits not just in the commenst to the commit, so you need to add it at time when you say git commit -a, so you have to cahnge the commit message or rol abck and do a new commit with a new message.
