Tasks not defined in particular order. SOme tasks at the end need to be done first. Please reorder

[x] create proper separation of original workflow, runtim, and display in workflow directory

Note that worflow/name/workflow.yaml will never be modified during runtime.

[x] original workflow will be augmented for each node with a "number" determined by topological sort
- [x] Gregor: implemented number for Graph, added get_topological order, and create_topological order
- [x] maybe reset_order would be good too, which sets the number to None
[x] when passing a first workflow it will be put in original.
[x] when passing nodes and edges they will be added to original
[x] fix layout of table so it is 100% when resizing
- [x] mac chrome does not render the sidebar correctly
- [x] mac firefox resize issue as maximum width is limited for table

- [x] There is a bog clouudmesh-cc in the sidebar that overlaps with the navbar. The sidebar should start bellow the navbar
[x] rendering of table should allow activating and deactivating of some columns. fixed volumes are no/id, name, status. The columns should be taken from the workflow itself and dynamically determined. However when refreshing, the previous selection of columns should be preserved.
[x] Bug: Windows: in save, that is not correct:

this is hardcoded, but it should be filename. If it is needed to change, than this needs to be done differently Save simply saves intoa filname, not into a file that is generated from name
[ ] def init_run( ... , no=None) Initializes a runtime of the run, by copying it to the runtime-{no} if no is committed its is just runtime, if the run dir exists it creates a new one
[ ] def clear_run( ,no=None) clear the specified run and reinitializes it with a clean run. It also clear previous run results on all compute resources
[ ] def set_run(no): sets the run to a specific number so that functions such as status can leverage it instead of no we may want to use run_number, so we can have node_no for nodes and distinguish easier
[ ] when adding nodes with the add function an node_no will be added automatically while increasing it. THis is regardless of edges and topo sort
[x] def generate_order() generates an order of the nodes on the original graph
[x] About should copy the README.md into a separate HTML page and render this and not redirect to the github readme.
[x] We need another sideentru github that redirectes to the github repo
