this merge features the upgrading of the website interface, as well as bringing the pytests up to date with the changes to the workflow class.

notable changes include:

• a dynamically updating graph that shows you incremental progress, instead of only reporting progress = 0 and progress = 100
• an mnist test that runs on rivanna and executes an entire notebook, updated to use cms set username= instead of a hardcoded username
• the ability to run workflows from the web interface
