my changes from the args branch are missing: cmsd now no longer works

They allow things such as

cmsd vm list --refresh --output=json

you need to look back in the args branch and start from that to integrate changes into the main command interpreter. The order in which things were done in teh if condition at the top is super important

Gregor fixed but did not write unit tests for (Nirand needs to do that)

• cat a.cm | cmsd
• cmsd vm list --refresh --output=json (e.g. more then one -- in arguments)
• cmsd
• pip install cloudmesh-cmsd

all three did not work in the last checkin from Niranda. Gregor also did a number of new release and tested pip install
