viz does not start if we are in arbitrary dir #30

python: can't open file 'server.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory The visualization servive started at http://127.0.0.1:8080/flow/

this should be using our openapi command from cloudmesh-openapi its actually build into cloudmesh so thsi could be reused.
