Document Swap #12

This seems to be related to setting up swap space on the PI. The original communication of this got lost. One student reported an issue with this.

We know that for kubernetes I think we need to do something to the swap space has this an effect on mpi? do we need to worry about swap space in PI4 and mpi4PI?

is this on other osses an isssue

could it be that the OS swap space need to be increased?
