[ ] provide instalation instructions for python 3.9
[ ] install from python.org
[ ] install via vnenv into ENV3
[ ] add source to bashrc
[ ] on windows add how to install gitbash
[ ] on windows add how to install make
[ ] do this from release version (apt install in ubuntu, raspberyos ....)
[ ] also discuss how to install newest version from source
[ ] create table with release version number.
