location of config files in github #48

Although I can see tha the config files may also need to be in doc, they should really be in an

cloudmesh-mpi/etc

a) this way they are easier to find in the source. If they are needed in the doc, they can be copied with a Makefile I can help here. b) the examples should be in cloudmehs-mpi/examples c) tests should be in cloudmesh-mpi/tests
