boot: sdcard option for new case #21

We want an option to burn

--sdcardextender=yes

where no is the default that adds the following if you say yes to /boot/cmdline.txt

sdhci.debug_quirks2=4

the 32GB says HC while the 64GB says XC

This needs to be revisited at one point this is only valid for the case

verify if updated kernel may have fixed this, also we need test on speed of sd card as the 64 bit ones are likely faster
