management: server down msg #62

When we get the server down msg, we get

Server Error A server error has occurred. Please email help@futuregrid.org for assistance.

I propose

Server Error

The server is currently in maintenance mode. If this error does not disapear within the next 30 minutes. Please submit a ticket via the ticket interface at

(do not use the e-mail, but the link to the futuregrid portal form, we need to add a new checkmark for cloudmesh)

my assesment may be wrong, as error occur on other things also, however we do need a better msg. not for everything we need to send an e-mail or file a bug

moved to 1.3. should be done as part of the production server deploy/maintenance documentation.
