postgis images for linux/arm64 #54

Can we provide the postgis images also for the arm64 architecture? :)

@NebojsaKrtolica this is not possible for now since the postgis images aren't available for arm64 here https://hub.docker.com/r/postgis/postgis

Backtracked to why this is and ended up here https://github.com/postgis/docker-postgis/issues/216#issuecomment-1763399631

Guess that we need to wait a little longer for arm64 support...
