What this PR does / why we need it:

rainbond 5.2.0 已经在 4.17 日正式发布, 随着 rainbond 的发布 rainbond-operator 也作了相应的更新, 所以需要同步一下 cloudnativeapp 里 rainbond-operator 的 charts 包.
