编译dolphinscheudler-ui模块时，因为npm install下载包时失败，或者从github.com下载包时失败，做以下配置：

# 使用国内源代替官方源
npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org 

# 设置代理地址为veee的地址
npm config set proxy http://127.0.0.1:15236
