Changes:

Created a _thankyous.qmd "include" that includes the NASA Impact and Development Seed logos
Embedded _thankyous.qmd at the bottom of the contributing.qmd and index.qmd files
Changed some of the headers on the contributing.qmd from h2 to h3 headers
