What I Changed

Added a center section to the page footer with the license information

Fixes #69

How I tested it

Ran preview, verified, and followed links.

looks like previews are broken - is it possible to add a screenshot @zacharyDez ?

Can we merge the info in the left and center sections, seems slightly repetitive. Please preview locally for now. Will open a ticket about fixing the previews for PRs originating from Forks.
