updating site for irl event

A few things to fix before merging:

[x] right now, the general CTA button links to the interest form, but would we rather have it link to the event page where that is embedded?
[x] do you want a graphic on the event page? if so, add the version without the URL or send it to me for me to add!

Issues:

[x] how do do you remove the "time" templated slot from the event?
[x] same for the CTA -- currently links to the same form thats already embedded in the page. feels like we should just remove that
[x] how did you get the "join" hubspot to be left/text aligned? feels like we should apply that here
[x] i renamed the file to be aligned with the link you wanted but it didnt rename..... (cng-conference-2025 --> 2025-ut)

Created a redirect to get the 2025-ut URL.
Found an iframe styling in min770px.css that was messing up the embedded form
Added the image to our assets folder and included it in the body of the post.
Added an "isset" rule to the time parameter for the events template. Now it won't show if no time is specified.
Changed the main CTA to link to the embedded interest form on the event page.
