[opentelemetry] Adapt FluentBit to pass logs to OpenTelemetry

Context

Using the OpenTelemetry plugin, users should also be able to write logs from FluentBit to OpenTelemetry. For this it should be possible to easily turn-off/turn-on FluentBit as a intermediate transmitter of logs.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] test FluentBit as a transmitter
• [ ] integrate FluentBit in the OpenTelemetry plugin
• [ ] build a switch on both plugins to easily change the source of logs (OTel or FluentBit)
• [ ] Decide to unify Logshipping: Having one plugin for logshipping that includes FluentBit and OTel
