Alertmanger receiver config #23

Greenhouse Alertmanager Config should provide a basic framework to set up a list of different receivers like Slack channels or webhooks including authentication.

[ ] create a new AlertmangerConfig manifest and template it accordingly
[ ] Accept authentication data of type secret
[ ] Perform plugin integration and upgrade tests
[ ] Provide documentation and references
