This issue could be done when we decide to make the components view visible again. This view needs to provide more valuable information and we should decide once again which information should be shown there. Afterwards, filtering could be added to the view as well. Although for the current component instance and component filter which is only component name, the frontend filtering is also implemented but not merged into main.
