Identity v3 version #6

Hi @cloudowski I have worked on a version that support Identity v3 (Keystone) authentication. This PR should not have regression and V2 was always supported. I've added 2 methods endpoints_v3 and hypervisors_v3 in order to support auth. User can choose which template to insert inside Zabbix; Template OpenStack or Template OpenStack Identity v3.
