Cyrillic TLD is not valid #421

Description

Cyrillic TLD is not valid by Cloudpanel Cyrillic names with ru,com,net,org working fine, but with cyrillic tld zone рф is not working.

in this regard, it is also impossible to add a Cyrillic TLD to the punycode

With support of CloudPanel, we found out that the problem is in the cyrillic TLD

Can you release small hot fix for this problem?

How to reproduce

Try to add domain with cyrillic tld рф example.рф пример.рф Domain Name: This value is not valid.

but cyrillic name with .org tld working fine пример.org

Possible Solution

allow Cyrillic characters in the top-level domain

We are aware of this. I see that there is already a feature request for it:

If more people want this, we will consider it in the near future.

But this is a bug. Cyrillic names working fine, but Cyrillic TLDs is not. Where is the logic ?
