CloudPanel Image on DigitalOcean is still on Ubuntu 22.04 #463

Description

When we try to deploy CloudPanel on DigitalOcean, then it automatically choose Ubuntu 22.04 instead of Ubuntu 24.

How to reproduce

Go to DigitalOcean, deploy new server and search and choose CloudPanel

We submitted the new image but Digital Ocean needs some days for reviewing.
