I cant update none adress in one of the entrys...

Not a CloudPanel issue. The error message is clear and needs to be fixed by you.

I dont have modifided the config files... only over the web

I deleted the proxy for this domain, now the other domains are working... but cloudpanel must have broken the condig for the entry
