duo 1.10.5 -> 1.11.3
google-authenticator-libpam 1.05 -> 1.08
openssh V_7_8_P1 -> V_8_2_P1
sudosh 0.1.3 -> 0.2.0

fixed also some issues preventing successfull startup / login

no need to lock down /proc on OpenShift
permission issue with github-authorized-keys

added restart script

I just found this project as I was looking at building an ssh jump host container with 2FA support, and this project seems like exactly what I wanted! I am however surprised to see that it seems to have stalled. Is there a reason patch patch isn't reviewed, for instance? Is there a maintained fork out there I should be looking at?

Hi @palves! Thanks for your interest, we didn't have enough capacity to maintain it in time. This patch should now be superseded by https://github.com/cloudposse/bastion/pull/70
