@maximmi @goruha I think this PR broke the init_file feature as you changed the command/args from calling the (customizable) init script to hardcoded gunicorn command

(also, this fork of the stable repo misses this useful commit https://github.com/helm/charts/commit/4b82dae876d95e87b05b52d157cd6866169f992a#diff-495faa156d3cbd19c35e19428202227b9b49ba8ed3e96c7794a392ca0f10474c that allows passing any extra args that can then be utilized in the custom init script)
