Rename JSON Outputs

Renames two existing outputs and adds a new output for a json map object

• renamed json => json_map_encoded_list (string list of single map)
• renamed json_map => json_map_encoded (string of single map)
• created json_map_object (map)

why

• Easier to distinguish output variable names and types
